Diamond Mind Baseball Information Of course, we can't manage a full season of games in person, even if a game takes only 15 minutes to play by manually managing. We can, however, autoplay the bulk of the season, using "manager profiles." DM allows you to set up a manager profile, in which you pre-select all of the required managing options. (You can also just give the computer your roster and it will generate a manager profile for you.) In either case, the "computer manager" will use your profile to intelligently execute your managing preferences when the games are autoplayed. (We will also have the option to manually manage games as desired.) There is no difference in quality between manually managing and allowing the computer to manage with your profile. in fact, the computer manager will probably execute your game plan more accurately than you would yourself. (The computer doesn't forget to change tired pitchers, bunt, or make defensive substitutions, for example.) We will regard manually managing and profile managing as equal in quality.
