Greenbears League Official Statistics
The stats page is used to provide you with links to the current scores and standings for each Greenbears fantasy league and contest, whether scored by us or not. We also have interesting statistical notes concerning these leagues, such as final standings, draft results and draws, etc. All of our documents are now posted to the web, instead of e-mailed to you directly. This makes things easier for everyone. Simply click on the scoresheet links, and they will open in your browser as a web page. The 2001 Greenbears Football League season is underway. Stats are available at Yahoo Sports. More details are also available in the current league newsletter. For complete yearly GFL results, visit the Pro Football Records Page. The 2001 Greenbears College Football Contest has reached the halfway point. The 2002 college basketball contest picksheets are now available and you can see the games online. Deadline for entry is late November. In pro basketball fantasy league news, Yahoo Sports is hosting the 2002 contest, in a head-to-head format. Sign-ups are due by the start of the NBA season. The 2001 Greenbears Ultra League Baseball season is underway. For more news, go to the Ultra Baseball Page. The new, adapted baseball rules pertaining to Diamond Mind Baseball (DMB) have also been posted online. DMB game simulations have replaced the fantasy league th3 2000 season. No hockey contest has been scheduled this year. * * * Last year, the Commissioner began an NBA season (of sorts), using EA Sports' NBA Live 98 computer game. The Commissioner has created a team based on many of our owners, called the Richmond Greenbears, and is playing a complete NBA schedule with this team. Play was halted again for several months during the 2000 NBA Playoffs, but could begin again soon. The updated final results of each game are available on the Greenbears NBA Live page.
